How your handmade pieces are packed, dispatched and delivered.
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces carry the timeline quoted at the time of confirmation.
Standard delivery within India takes 7-10 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order is on its way.
Every order ships with a tracking number, visible on your order page under My Account.
Remote pin codes and festival-season volumes can add a few working days. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, write to us and we will trace it.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the settings configured by the studio. Orders above the configured free-shipping threshold ship at no cost.
Fragile pottery, terracotta and glass pieces are packed with recycled and biodegradable cushioning wherever possible.
