Are your products really handmade?: Yes. Every piece is made by artisan partners working by hand, in small batches, using traditional techniques.
Why do two pieces of the same design look slightly different?: Because they were shaped by a person, not a machine. Slight variation in colour, glaze and finish is the signature of handmade work.
How do I care for terracotta and clay pieces?: Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid prolonged soaking, and keep unglazed clay away from harsh detergents.
Can I order in bulk for corporate gifting?: Yes — share your requirement through the Custom Orders page and we will respond with lead times and pricing.
Which payment methods do you accept?: Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through our payment provider, once payment is configured for the studio.
Do you ship internationally?: On request. Write to us with your address and we will quote freight and timelines.
